A Workshop to Awaken

Your Inner Wild Woman

Join us for the Healing the Feminine Within workshop, where this time we’ll journey to Awaken Courage, Freedom, and Fierce Aliveness. Do you ever feel… Tired of living by others’ expectations? Like there’s a powerful part of you that’s been hidden for too long? Stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from your energy and passion? If so, you are not alone — and this is your invitation to come home to yourself. Then this Workshop is for YOU!

A Workshop to Awaken Your Inner Wild Woman

This June, under the expansive, light-filled energy of the Summer Solstice, we invite you to awaken the powerful force within you: the Wild Woman archetype — the part of you that is instinctual, untamed, courageous, and fiercely alive.

The Wild Woman is the fierce protector of her truth.

She dares to stand apart from the crowd, speaks without apology, grabs opportunities with both hands, and fights for justice when it matters most.

She is movement, breath, laughter, fire — and she is done waiting for permission.

This Wild Woman lives within you — and she is calling you home.

Through self-reflection, embodiment, and connection, we’ll explore what it means to live unapologetically, act fearlessly, and embody the freedom that has always been yours.

What You’ll Experience
🌿 Embodiment Practice Through the liberating practice of Biodanza, you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and expression. Expect to move, release, feel, and awaken the powerful parts of yourself that have been waiting to be set free. 🌿 Women’s Circle Gather in a sacred, non-judgmental space with other women on a similar journey. Be held, witnessed, and celebrated as you share your story — or simply listen and feel the strength of sisterhood. Together, we honour the courage it takes to live boldly. 🌿 Self-Exploration through Movement Through embodied exercises and reflection, you’ll meet the parts of yourself that were once silenced — and give voice to the fierce, passionate woman within you who knows how to act, speak, and claim her place. 🌿 Touch and Connection The Wild Woman thrives in authentic connection. Through safe, nourishing touch and supportive presence, you’ll remember the deep vitality of being fully alive and fully accepted.

Here's What Our Clients Say...

Through this experience, I learned to tap into my inner wisdom to discern when it's safe to open up fully and when I need to set boundaries to safeguard myself. What's remarkable is that I discovered I can navigate these dynamics authentically, staying true to myself and my values

I'm still processing, but one significant realization is how the energy of others can easily overpower my own when I'm not firmly grounded in my own presence. I've come to understand that this energy balance strongly influences my ability to authentically express myself. Despite initially feeling resistant to certain aspects of the circle, I'm grateful for the profound insights gained during this session.
