Do you feel weighed down by unspoken emotions and the burdens of others, leaving little space for yourself?

Do you often prioritize everyone else’s needs over your own, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted?

Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you?

This is your opportunity to reconnect with your creative, sensuous, and joyful feminine essence, allowing it to expand from within.

As women, many of us carry wounds—emotional, mental, and spiritual—rooted in our collective and personal histories. These wounds often stem from societal expectations, past experiences, and deep-seated conditioning about what it means to be a woman.

We are expected to nurture, care, and serve, often at the cost of our own well-being. Over time, these wounds may manifest as self-doubt, disconnection from our feminine power, or even feelings of unworthiness.

In our Healing The Feminine workshop, we invite you to embark on a gentle but profound journey towards healing and reconnection.

Saturday 18th January

1-6 pm

chepstow community centre, bletchley

107 Chepstow Dr, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 5NG

This 4-hour workshop is a space to explore and release what weights you down in a nurturing, safe environment.

Through sharing, reflection, movement, and touch, we will create a circle of sisterhood where you can connect and reclaim the fullness of your feminine essence.

What You Can Expect:

Healing the feminine workshop for women with biodanza movement

Safe and Supportive Space:

We will create a sacred, non-judgmental circle where you can be seen, heard, and held. Here, you can share your story or simply listen, finding connection in the collective experience of womanhood.

Healing Through Reflection and Meditation:

Through guided meditation and self-reflection, you will connect with your inner wisdom, gaining insights into the emotional patterns that no longer serve you. This is a time for deep personal exploration, healing, and clarity.

Biodanza:

Healing Through Movement and Touch: In this embodiment practice, you will experience the healing power of movement, music, and touch. As we dance and hold space for one another, we tap into our natural capacity for connection, nurturing, and joy. Biodanza offers a path to restore balance within, reconnect with your body, and experience the warmth of sisterhood.

What You Will Gain:

  • A deeper understanding of your feminine energy and how it impact your life and relationships
  • A renewed sense of self-love, confidence, and empowerment
  • Tools to help you continue your healing journey beyond the workshop
  • A profound sense of connection and belonging, knowing you are not alone in your struggles
  • Whether you’ve felt the weight of societal expectations, experienced emotional pain, or simply feel disconnected from your feminine energy, this workshop will guide you towards healing, balance, and inner peace.

Here's What our clients say...

Through this experience, I learned to tap into my inner wisdom to discern when it's safe to open up fully and when I need to set boundaries to safeguard myself. What's remarkable is that I discovered I can navigate these dynamics authentically, staying true to myself and my values

I'm still processing, but one significant realization is how the energy of others can easily overpower my own when I'm not firmly grounded in my own presence. I've come to understand that this energy balance strongly influences my ability to authentically express myself. Despite initially feeling resistant to certain aspects of the circle, I'm grateful for the profound insights gained during this session.

Previously, I had been hesitant to attend to this kind of work. However, I'm grateful for taking this step, as I felt supported and understood throughout the entire day. Hülya is an exceptionally intuitive, wise, and authentic facilitator. She skillfully guided and interacted with each participant in a personalized manner, nurturing the best within us all and fostering a wonderful sense of harmony in our environment. Thank you

I have also previously done some of Peggys Womens circles, in person and online. I really enjoyed both of these. Peggy really is positive and knowledgeable. She is so welcoming. She has so much life experience to share, and is very compassionate and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her classes
