Autism and ADHD can have a significant impact on your work life.

Do you sometimes find it difficult to focus on tasks? Stay organised and control impulses?

It can be hard to finish your projects in time and deal with the overwhelming amount of tasks that comes with a business or an employed role.

This is where Access To Work can help.

WHo is eligible?

Individuals who…

Have a physical or mental health condition or disability that means you need support to do your job or get to and from work,
Be 16 or over
Be in paid work (or be about to start or return to paid work in the next 12 weeks), even when working from home.
Be employed or self-employed.
Live and work (or be about to start or return to work) in England, Scotland or Wales. You cannot get Access to Work if you live in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to apply but It can increase your changes of being succesfull.

What you will be awarded will depends on your needs, it can range from coaching to support worker hours, noise cancelling headphones, remarkable…

Getting an Access to Work grant won’t affect any other benefits you receive, and you won’t need to re-pay it.

How I discovered I had ADHD in my 40s.

I trained with One of many ( ICF accredited) to become a transformational life coach.

I have been working with parents and especially mothers for the past 12 years, supporting them in their own journey. I have helped each mother make their own choices through listening, supporting, coaching and informing.

I am based in West Bletchley and can do in person session in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas of Buckinghamshire or Bedfordshire. I also run Zoom Coaching sessions.

Everyone has a unique journey to craft and live.
