How do your rituals help you to connect and grow?
Rituals are a great way to deepend your connection with yourself, your vision, your hopes but also with your family and friends.
Some people prefer to spend time alone to reflect and replenish while others prefer to celebrate by gathering with family or like minded souls.
Do what you feel is important to you at this time.
Other times where rituals bring connection:
- full moon
- new moon
- spring and autumn equinox
- winter solstice
Summer solstice
The summer solstice, which is midsummer, symbolizes prosperity, extravagance, and abundance.
In the past, it marked the beginning of the season of abundant crops, fruits… abundance, and beauty. A time after spring spent cultivating the land and food restocking.
It is the longest day and shortest night out of the whole year.
It represents a new beginning, out with the old and in with the new.
A letting go of what is not needed anymore and a renewal, the start of something new and good.
Performing rituals for the Summer Solstice is a good way of honoring nature’s incredible fertile energy at this time of year, and a great way to connect with our natural world on a deeper, more meaningful level.
A great grounding practice.

1.Let go of the old
Start with I let go…….. and write whatever comes through your mind. and keep writing I let go until you feel there is nothing you have to write anymore.
I let go… I let go…. I let go…
2. Dream the new
Close your eyes, feel your feet on the ground, breathe and dream what your life would look like in 10 years. Be attentive to what you see, hear and feel. Fully feel this dream of your future life.
Then open your eyes and start writing whatever is coming from your vision.
What will your solstice be?
Whatever you choose to do, it will help you be closer to yourself, more connected.
Allow yourself to let go…
Allow yourself to dream…
Be grateful.
You are amazing!
